Our comprehensive screening process includes thorough background checks, DBS service, vetting, validating qualifications, are completed to ensure compliance with safeguarding regulations and maintain the highest standards for every candidate working with us.

All of our candidates are required to adhere to the Keeping Children Safe in Education DfE guideline and all of our registered candidates endure the following checks and vetting:
- Face to face candidate interviews
- Verification of right to work in the United Kingdom and proof of identity
- Verification of qualification
- DFES Teaching Registration
- Proof of address (utility bill) and national insurance number
- Minimum of 2 verified and authenticated references
- Overseas Police Check (if applicable)
- Enhanced DBS
- List 99 check
- Fitness to work & occupational health clearance
- Professional Conduct and Safer Recruitment
