Teaching Assistants and SEN TA’s
We know that Teaching assistants play a crucial role in supporting within the classroom and finding the right member of staff for a student with any variety of needs can be vital for the student and the school. We aim to assist our teaching assistants in finding the right school or setting for them. We support HLTA’s and staff looking to work with Alternative Provision and SEN settings.Particular qualifications may be required for working with students with emotional, physical and behavioural needs.
Cover Supervisors
Do you have a degree and some experience with working with children? Are you thinking about starting a PGCE or have recently complete and just want some experience? You could work as a cover supervisor.
As a cover supervisor you will be expected to supervise the class and manage students’ behaviour while they complete work set by the school. Becoming a cover supervisor is a great way to gain experience and confidence. We work with the highly experienced teaching staff to offer you guidance on how to manage a classroom aswell as keeping up to date with all the latest safeguarding regulations.
School Administration Staff
From working in schools, we know that the administration is the engine of any school. We recruit for non-teaching roles including business managers, data managers, exams officers, clericial assistants, receptionists, D&T technicians, science technicians, school caretakers, cleaners, kitchen staff and lunchtime supervisors.
Do you have a busy exam season approaching but not enough staff to adhere to staffing ratios? We also recruit experienced exam invigilators and provide them with the latest training and guidance via The Exams Office.
