PWD Connect is brought to you by three lifelong friends who share a passion for education and helping people find their dream job, connecting top talent with the best schools.
Friends from an early school age, Pete, Byron and Dan had a taste of success as musicians for several years before trading in life on stage to embark upon careers in educational supplies and school administration. As close friends, we have always supported and encouraged each other in our professional pursuits. Over time, we realized that our combined expertise in various industries, coupled with our shared commitment to helping others, made us the perfect team to start a recruitment company.
We are different from the other education recruitment agencies because we have nearly 20 years of professional experience in working in and alongside schools in the UK. Our mission is to bridge the gap between talented professionals and the schools that need them. We understand that the recruitment process can be daunting and overwhelming for both job seekers and employers, which is why we have made it our goal to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Byron Benton and Daniel Wheway are the co-founders of PWD Supplies, a successful brand in supplying schools with the very latest technology and office supplies, always with a customer focussed approach.
Pete Forbes
Pete Forbes has worked in secondary schools in various administration roles for over a decade. Acting as a Cover Manager, Pete is no stranger to the daily challenges that you face and has excellent understanding of exactly what a school needs and the expectations of supply staff on a daily basis.
Together, Byron, Dan and Pete aim to supply schools with the very best teachers and support staff in your area, at competitive rates, whilst giving you the best experience customer service the market has to offer.
